BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Gyan for your upcoming trip to Nepal! We strive to provide you with an unforgettable experience, and we ask that you carefully review our terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking.

Booking and Payment:

To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost. The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to the departure date. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or online payment system. Please note that all bank fees and transfer fees are the responsibility of the guests.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your trip, you must notify us in writing. The following cancellation fees will apply:

  • More than 60 days before departure: 5% of the total trip cost
  • 30-59 days before departure: 30% of the total trip cost
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 75% of the total trip cost

Changes to Itinerary:

We reserve the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, or other factors beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide alternative activities or accommodations of equal value. We also reserve the right to cancel the trip entirely if necessary. In this case, the refund shall be discussed between the guests and the travel agency. 

Travel Insurance:

We highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unexpected events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
